What is this service all about?
Our service here gives a unique webpage and email for small businesses who cannot be too bothered about buying a domain name, doing all the technical work, creating a professional email address, etc.
Just select one word that represents your brand, and make that word a subdomain of one of the domains that we own.
For the site data itself; we charge only when you upload a page for your website. It is that simple!
Who is this for?
This is meant for any business who do not want to get entangled in handling domain names, Internet settings for their website, and so on. This is most suitable for individuals, solopreneurs, influencers, musicians, small businesses, shops and so on. But of course, everyone else is also welcome!
Getting your business online is a matter of you just creating your web page and uploading it. Everything else is done by us.
Why should I use this?
You should use if you do not want to be too bothered about buying a domain name for your website, remembering to renew it every year, manage the settings for your domain name, do the hosting and a million other little things you need to do just to get online.
AND YET, you also need a professional web address and a professional email address too!
Our system is simple: Just select a address for yourself and then we'll do all the heavy work for you!
What is a "subdomain" ?
Examples of primary domain names would be:
google.com, microsoft.com, etc
A subdomain would be
docs.google.com or docs.microsoft.com etc
In our case, we sell subdomains of a list of business category domain names we posses. For example; we own the domain name: "dentists.center" So a subdomain could be "allsmiles.dentists.center" which you can purchase if you so want for a one time fee.*
In our case your brand would be represented by the word "allsmiles"

Can I see a list of business category domain names that you offer?
Our list of business category domain names is continually growing. We sell sub-domains for a one time cost (or we give ONE sub-domain free during festival promotions)

Using any of the above as the domain, you can ask for a subdomain address. For example; if you are a tuition teacher and your name is "Joshi" you can get a subdomain address such as:

Similarly, if you run a Stationery shop named "Natraj" then you may go for a subdomain address such as:
https://natraj.stationery.center
Is an "address" same as an "email address"?
When we just use the word "address" in our answers here, it means what you type in a browser to visit your website. Email address is always specified as "email address" and that is different from just "address"
Can I use multiple words for my brand?
No. Your brand name has to be one word comprising of small case letters. No spaces! If you want you can put a dash (-). But we strongly do NOT recommend putting dashes.
Think carefully before choosing the word for your brand as it cannot be changed later. Also do not choose a brand which is very close to someone else address.
For example; if you run a stationery shop named "Natraj" and if someone else has already used "nataraj" as a subdomain address; https://nataraj.stationery.center then possibly https://natraj.stationery.center may not be suitable as the latter can be confusing.
Are there restrictions for the brand name I choose?
The brand has to be just one word -- all lowercase. No spaces. You can use "dashes" but it is strongly not recommended. Dashes cannot be used at the beginning or end of your name.
That brand would become subdomain of a business category domain we have with us.
If you choose an offensive name (which is deemed offensive in any language in the world) then we'll shut you down. So please stick to the spirit of this service. This is really for small businesses who want to quickly get back to doing whatever they are good at doing.
Can I register more than one address in my account?
Very soon, you can only book any number of addresses on one account.
Note: The address you choose must be available before hand! So choose fast!
Are you a web hosting company?
Yes. However, we are not a conventional hosting company. We do have a very simple system of letting you host your site data here. It would be a single-page site. With very little configuration from your side.
So in one sense, we are indeed a web hosting company. But we are highly specialized. Our service is extremely simple to use.

How do I get support?
We have a chat system implemented here. You can use that to get support.

I already have another website. What do I do now?
We will soon give a method to forward your web address to your existing website.
Do you set up *.com, *.net, *.in websites?
No. We are specifically catering to those people who do not want to get entangled in domain name registrations, renewals, DNS settings and several other technical matters to setup a full fledged websites.
If you want to get a regular site address such as a *.com, *.net and host your website on such an address, there are quite a lot of companies out there to help you. We are not one of them.
How to design my site?
There are many free website builders. In your account management page, you will see a link to a website builder we are associated with. You can use that to create your data and download it as a zip file.
Then simply upload that zip file via a form on your account management page.
How to upload my site?
You can upload you site from a form on your account management page. Your site has to be zipped up; and it is that zipped up file which is uploaded.
You would need to use a "ticket" to do that. The cost of each ticket is mentioned on your account management page.
One ticket can be used for 72 hours from the time it is purchased. So you have enough time to upload and test multiple times till you are happy.
Can I use forms on my site?
You can use forms if the form submission is handled by a third party service you would need to separately setup. Our server is not designed to handle form submissions.
Here is a list some service providers who can handle form submissions for you. We do not have any association with anyone here. So please check each one yourself for your use.
How do I get an email address?
Your address will be used to create an email address for you.
For example; if you chose

as your address then you will get an email address which could be admin@handicraftshop.fancy.center
You can request us to setup an email address for you. It will be attended to in a day or two and you will get an email at your original email address you had given once the setup is done.
This is a courtesy service only. We use 3rd party service provider to setup your email so we will assume that you are agreeing to that third party service provider's terms and conditions.
Can I use only the email address?
Yes. Though this is strongly not recommended. (We are assuming here that you did set a web address here but did not upload anything there*) You can ignore the web address you have and use only the email address.
But please note, that if you do not upload any page; a default message may appear on your website here, and it would contain a link back to us!
*
NOTE: As per our agreement, you should upload your websites at least 6 times over two years from the time you signed the agreement OR at least pay for those uploads, even if you did not upload anything. So obviously, ignoring your website is really not recommended. Moreover, when someone sees your email address, they would assume that you did have a website and attempt to go there!
Can I change the email address I want to use?
Currently no. It is generally a bad practice to change your email address as your people you write to would get very confused.
Will my data be modified by you?
Whatever you upload would anyway be seen by the world. We also would see it but we are strictly bound NOT to change anything you upload. Your data is totally yours and you are accountable and responsible for it.
Do you keep backups?
No. Currently we do not. But in future we may add that as a service.
Simple tip:
Your website's content is created/updated when you upload a zip file. Just make it a habit to keep a copy of that zip file yourself!
Do I have to renew my address?
No. That is our unique selling proposition here. The address an account holder setups here are always permanent for life.
It is for this reason we do not allow conventional domain names ( such as xyz.com, xyz.net, xyz.org etc) as those need to be renewed by you.
Will my email go to someone else?
Of course not. The only time when an email that is meant for you would go to someone else is when your email address is similar to someone else's email address; and the person sending you an email made an accidental typo error.
In short, when selecting your brand name here; be careful that it cannot be mistaken for someone else's brand.
Will my site go down because of others activities?
No, nobody's site will go down. As we serve only one page per website, our server has enough capacity to handle any number of accounts with us.
There is a rare situation where the Indian government may ask us to shut down an entire domain we own due to the bad behaviour of one of our accounts. We definitely take all precautions so that this situation will never happen.
It is for this we strictly enforce our legal policy if any account violates the legal policy, that account is permanently banned. Please carefully read our Terms of service here in this FAQ
Will my email stop working?
We only setup an email address (only on request) through a trusted third party service. We do NOT provide the email service ourselves. We do not anticipate anybody's email getting blocked due to this -- If you have email problems; it can never be because of our servers or us.
Account creation
Is this only for Indians?
Yes. Currently it is. You need to send us an SMS to start your free account with us. Our home page has all the details.
We may open it up to an international audience soon. But for now, this is only for Indians
Why are my email and phone number needed?
To create an account here, we need your current email address so that we can send you the login information. We also need the phone number as we want to weed out curious users of our system who never had any intention to use our service. Also, we allow one user to have only one account with us-- hence the best way we can think of is to ask people to create their account here using a phone number.
We do NOT spam you. Your phone number and email address are kept private. We will use those only for critical emails that we may need to send you.
Are the accounts really free?
Creating an account here is totally free. You can decided to start using your account management time as per your own timeline. However, if you setup a web address here; as per the agreement you are obliged to upload 5 times to that web address in two years.
Can I start an account, and create my webpage later?
Absolutely. There is no hurry. We do understand some people may want to think through all this properly. You can therefore create an account (and that is free). You can later decide when to start your webpage and/or email address. As per your convenience.
Can I delete my account here?
Yes. Let us know and we'll delete your account. In that case, the name you had reserved for your site may be opened to others.
Addresses used here are non-transferrable for technical reasons.
After deleting my account, can I come back?
Yes. You are always welcome. Everyone is welcome -- the only people who are not welcome are those who we had banned previously. Please note that the brand you had earlier set here may not be available when you return. The reason is when someone deletes an account, the connected brand is released back to the public so someone else may have started using it.
Costs
How much does it cost?
All pricing can be seen on our home page. Conventional custom addresses invite a one time charge. (We often have a free promotion during some Indian festivals. Browse through our website for details)
For the site data itself; you need to purchase one ticket for one upload of your website. The ticket is open for 72 hours, so you can keep uploading in that period -- in case you want to make some changes.
Our latest price for each ticket would be seen on our home page.
Once a while we have some schemes. Also, very soon, you can get an "upload ticket" free if you refer a friend. (Limited time offer)
Why should I pay for uploads?
We thought about this a lot: Our service is for small businesses and services who just want to put up a webpage and then go about doing their business.
Such organizations usually would be uploading their web data only once a while. Maybe three or four times in year. Our server spins into action when you do such uploads, and hence to cover our costs we charge only for each upload.
Our focus is not really on those who are always updating their website all the time -- (but if you want, you are welcome to do that too)
How do I buy anything here?
You can buy various services we offer by buying an appropriate "ticket" for it. NOTE that we run many discount schemes and during some festivals we give one free address.
How do I reduce my costs?
We charge a very small amount for each site upload i.e. One ticket cost is quite low. If you still want to lower the cost, you can refer our system to a friend (Coming soon!)
When that friend signs up with the special link you gave to him/her, then both you and your friend would get a free ticket for one upload.
The special link that is specifically made for this purpose will be shown on your site management link.
Will you place advertisements to make money?
No. We do not believe in that kind of logic to make money
Can I place advertisements on my website?
Go ahead. As long as your site content is as per our terms of service, you can do whatever you want with your website.
Legal
Terms of Service
You will be held liable if anything appears on your website which is considered as a crime/error as per Indian IT Act of 2000 (including its latest amendments and annexures)
In short, please do not indulge in messages promoting profanity, encourage of violence, pornography, child abuse or any activity considered as crime as per Indian laws.
From our side: We do not touch any of the data submitted by our users. That data is totally yours and you are totally responsible for it. We do not offer any guarantees or warrantees. We offer only a best in class effort for our services here. We have taken adequate precautions so that in the remote case we run out of business, we will ensure that this service will be handed over to someone else who can take over from us.
We do not offer any refunds.
Privacy Policy
We do not place advertisements. We collect your email address and phone number only to ensure that authentic people are taking an account here. We may occasionally send you an email. Your phone number may be used in case of critical and/or legal events.
We do not spam whatsoever. We may start an email newsletter at some time (and you can unsubscribe from that, if you so wish).
Somebody else used my brand. What do I do?
Sorry. We cannot really help you here. If you have trademarked your address, you can take a legal route and ask the other person to stop using it.
If you had not trademarked it, then maybe you can earnestly request the other person who took your brand to give it back to you.
Unfortunately, in all such disputes, we do not have resources or people to intermediate.
